I am a black woman who is 21 and proud of her heritage. My younger brother Devon is 14 and in the 8th grade. I found his winter sports program on the desk in the den and I wanted to see his picture cause he is a basketball player. He goes to a mostly white middle school but we are proud blacks. Anyway, when I turned the pages, it was stuck together, and I was like what the heck and sure enough when I finally was able to pull the pages apart, it tore and sure enough there was a picture of the 7th and 8th grade cheerleaders and the pages were stuck. He did the deed on the page. I am so upset cause these were all white girls. Stringy blondes and brunettes. I read the names like Kristin, Elizabeth, Courtney, Tiffany, Paige, etc? I am like what the heck is my brother doing? Is he a sellout? Is he an oreo cookie?

Are you for real? If so, you are sad and pathetic! Being proud of ones heritage does not mean you have to limit yourself to your own culture. Your statement is as bad as those inbred hillbillies that dress like ghosts and make white people look bad...

k i think your brother is just growing up after all he is a teenager. i know the fact that hes duin it to gimpy cheerleaders isnt the best because lets face it sometimes they are not the best of people with their like totallys and stuff but i duno. Ya ok they were all white girls but is it not good in a way that he feels comfortable to it like im white and i know there are some sexy black men out there and im sure maybe uv liked a white guy some time in your life like wat im getting at here is maybe hes jus attracted to those girls coz of basketball and cheerleading they r kinda grouped together arent they and he feels coz the other guys like them then he shud. i havent a clue wat oreo cookies are either coz im not from america but i think your brother is just growing up and has entered the big bad world of middle school or high school. As u said most of the school is white- maybe theres not a black girl there he likes or maybe he hasnt found a black girl he likes just yet but he probably will. Jus give him time. Hes not a sellout tho hes jus a young lad.

what does it matter? there is no right or wrong for this, why can you not be proud of your color and like the other as well. Why is this a problem? Be secure in who you are and leave the color thing out of it. Only when we all start talking in a monocromatic language can we leave this black/white thing behind. Let your brother look at what he chooses, who are you to judge?

He's not a sellout. He's just attracted to the girls he goes to school with. He can be a proud black like you without ignoring white people. More than likely, he simply isn't looking at color at all.

Who gives a crap? If he was in an all black school he'd be pulling the pud to those cheerleaders. He'd yank the crank to an all Martian cheerleader squad if thats what he attended. Fourteen year olds beat the batter over anything. Teens are a product of their environment.

You are bigoted as any redneck honkey that burns a cross. You should be ashamed of yourself for even posting this question. Racism is never an aceptebale form of judgement no matter which direction it comes from. Shame on you

Honestly I think he just probably saw a female form...but it's sad that you don't see that it's what's on the inside that matters not what's on the outside

Attraction is normally determined by what you're around, not what you're SUPPOSE to like!
