I am going to Arizona for spring break, and my boyfriend is coming with my family. Its only a month away. Ive lost 20 lbs already, but i still have flabby skin on my stomach, and i hate my legs. They are chunky and have cellulite. What is the best way to tone up in only one month?? What type of swim suit would be best for my body? I really dont like one pieces.

As most other respondents have said, it's hard to make a big impact in a month. But if you're willing to try, you could firm up your body a little - it's better than nothing, right? And you'll make headway into the real swimsuit season of summer. I do 25 minutes of lower body work - squats, lunges, hip extensions - two times a week, 15 minutes of ab work 3 times a week, 20 minutes of arm & shoulder exercises 2 or 3 times a week, and 15 minutes of work on the chest and back (push ups, etc) twice a week. You can look online for the best kind of exercises. I use Gilad Janklowicz's Quick Fit System, but you have to order it ... long story short ... do what you can and have a good time. Before I lost the weight, I went with my bf's family to Florida and California and I made myself miserable because I was worried about what everyone thought of me. At the time, I wore a tankini halter top and boy short bottoms. Looked like this:

Very flattering to a poofy tummy and legs that don't look so great in the back. Have a good time!

A month is not long enough to get wash board abs or beautiful legs (sorry). The cellulite can be minimized by cream found at your local health/drug store or various stores (ask the person working there for the best one). To start toning you have to do various exercises for the specific area you want to tone up (again one month is not reasonable).
The bathing suit, see if you can find a two piece that has a high bottom (some may even have tummy toners). Also buy a long pareo or wrap you can use when your not swimming.
In all enjoy your trip, I'm sure any boyfriend worth having won't even notice the flaws you think you have. Have fun.

Probably the most powerful thing that you can do is learn to accept yourself as you are right here and right now. There is no such thing as a perfect body. Even those with a so-called "perfect body" can usually find fault with some body part.

If your boyfriend doesn't like you as you are today, then he is likely not going to like you if your stomach is a little less flabby.

My advice, do some aerobic interval training and strength training over the next month and let your body follow its own course.

Also, buy a book called "Taming Your Gremlin." It will help you to get in touch with that critical voice in your head.

You are perfect, whole and complete just as you are. You just don't know it . . . . . yet!

You have to decide whether you like one pieces less than looking good in a suit. That maybe your most flattering option, don't rule it out.
