I said that I didn't have a girlfriend when I did. She found
out later about my girlfriend and met with her and told her
everything. My girlfriend quit me after that.
What can I do to get my girlfriend back??

So you want a convenient way out.
Well, it doesn't work like that. You messed up buddy! Now you're gonna have to live with the consequences.
Give it some time. Then go to the person and tell her you really messed up and realize that it hurt her and do so humbly! Then ask for her forgiveness. But don't jump the gun and ask too much too soon. Do not ask her to be your girlfriend again right away. Introduce yourself slowly back into her life. Let her see that your worthy of her trust and friendship again. Start small.

Sadly, she wont come back to you.
Its over and done with, and even if the two of you got back together, she would never again trust you. Your relationship would be horrible because she would always be suspicious of your and always asking where you're going, who you're going out with, calling you constantly.
I suggest moving on and finding someone else.
I also suggest learning from this mistake.

Sadly, you don't really deserve your girlfriend. You aren't treating her right.
Why don't you hold off from exclusive dating until you're a man, and can stick to commitments that you make, even when it means turning down a hot fling?
Get back with your girlfriend when you are ready to treat her right.
