Exactly. For those religions that puts emphasis on belief or 'faith' as they call it, it is all a matter of mere opinion and surely unverifiable. But they have large numbers and they are supported by many governments of the world, so they can force their ways around as they could for thousands of years.

Religion is organized spirituality where other people tell the masses what they should or shouldn't believe. Spirituality is PURELY opinion -- beliefs of how and why a person should live. Faith is believing in that opinion without needing verification.
It is very ambiguous. That is why wars over religion are fought -- no proof of right vs. wrong. Everyone is right, but believe that theirs can be the only right answer.

Look at it the other way round: Since there is zero evidence for anything in any religion being true, and plenty of proof that it can't be true, anyone who wants to believe in a religion can only have unsupported belief. That's why they try to make faith sound like a virtue instead of a mistake.

Religion, politics, whether or not Britiany Spears is even good looking is all a matter to belief, it's my opinion, and it is verifiable. If you want to know what I believe. Just ask me. I won't try to tell you what to believe, or what you believe. I'll only tell you what I believe. And that is all the verification of what I believe there is. Whether or not YOU believe it it's up to you. Just like Religion, politics, or if Britany is good looking.

RIGHT!! And that's the reason why it's stupid to die for religious (or political) beliefs! People who choose to die for someone else's opinions are crazy! Incidentally, did you know that "religiosity" is a legitimate symptom of some types of mental illness?

Absolutely. I agree w/you 100%. That's the crux of the matter when it comes to religion, isn't it -- everyone thinks their religion is the 'right' one. It's an OPINION and everyone's got one.

No proof.
Just belief or faith witch ever word you prefer.
I don't present evidence.
I tell you what I believe.
You are free to choose or not.
