The way you do this is to make sure you have your power pack set at its highest level. However, I seriously wouldn't recommend you do that. This my result in very serious damage to your model train equipment, or to the many items that may surround it.

Steam or diesel?

How slow is it running?

Smooth operation at lower speed more closely resembles prototype operation and is more pleasing to the eye. How fast do you want it to run?
