My heels are really dry and rough, so much that it's slightly painful. I have tried a loofah but that just makes it even worse. What should I put on my feet?

Get a pumice stone and use it in the shower. Lotion your feet really well before going to bed and wear socks to bed to hold in the lotion. Try parrifin wax, too. They have it at spas and salons.

every night
brush the hard bits off
put your feet in a tub of warm water
leave them in there for a while
put on some primrose oil
scrub some more then wash the feet with cold water
rub baby oil on your feet and leave all night
when wearing socks always pour some powder in them

Ok, may sound weird but it works. Before bed, rub vaseline all over your feet, and then put on an old pair of socks. You should try doing this for a few night and see how it works for you. Deff. made my feet super soft :-)

You could try a "Credo blade," they sell these at most beauty supplies, and I saw some at CVS. They shave the calluses and dry skin from your feet, and them you can buff them. Just be careful, if you shave to much it can make your feet really tender.

you should soak them in warm water then put vasoline on them and put on your socks. due this everynight religiously and they will begin to get softer

go get one of those hot wax treatments on your feet....that is fantastic ...wow wow wow...seriously though my feet were baby soft after one treatment...
