u should begin by controlling what u eat.much less fats and carbohydrates.moderate amounts of proteins .don't stop eating coz this will give u an opposite result by loosing nothing.don't eat between meals and whenever u feel hungry u can eat fruits like banans and apples.when they asked oprah how did she do to prepare herself for the oscar dress she said i spend the whole day drinking water and eating almonds.
but all of this is not enough u should go to the gym for 2 hours a day or more.if u can't then try to move a lot.for example walk to ur work or college.if u have a bike then it's a good idea.
because i believe that to loss weight u got to burn ur fat by controlling food to not gain weight and exercising to burn the fat and good luck

Any weight that you lose too quickly will come back with reinforcements soon. The best thing to do is to make one change at a time and lose the weight over 10 weeks. Start by reducing the number of calories you are consuming. The best way to do this is by keeping a food journal. Record everything you eat and add up the calories at the end of the day. Look at what you are eating and decide how best to reduce the calories. You might want to trade regular soda for diet soda or eliminate soda altogether. You could trade one serving of carbohydrates for one serving of vegitables.

Also, try exercising more. Get a pedometer (they cost about $12 at your local drug store) and see how many steps you take each day. Try to increase the number by taking the stairs instead of the elevator, or parking farther away from the grocery store.

The key to long term (healthy) weight loss is to make changes slowly.

I wouldn't recommend more than 2lbs each week, which adds up to around 8lbs. However, if you haven't exercised in a while and haven't been eating healthy, it's possible to drop about 10 pounds in two weeks just by incorporating a LOT of cardio and eating healthy (cutting back calories and avoiding sugar and fatty foods). To lose weight and keep it off, it's recommended to lose about 2 pounds a week. You need to start doing about 30 minutes to an hour of cardio each night and eating healthy in order to get close to your goal. Don't stress out if you don't reach it completely, you'll be much healthier if you lose weight slowly. Best of luck!

I've been on a diet for 4 weeks and I've lost 18lb so far, it was very hard for me to stick to a diet in the past because I didn't have any support, I created a support group for people who want to lose weight the healthy way.. you're more than welcome to join or to just to check out the different diets & recipes we are working on.

http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/fro...

Thanks!!

P.S. I'm not trying to sell anything, I'm just looking around for more people to share my diet and experiences with. Also, it's always nice to have some support and hear what has worked for others.

To get a free sample, this stuff is great, it gives you energy and it keeps you full with nutrition. My sister has already lost 5 inches in 1 week and she is taking the slower program.

This is healthy and you do not have to starve yourself.
