tol ose that much weight in a one month period you have to have quite alot of weight to lose in the first place, three meals a day with a snak (fruit etc) between each one. drink LOTS of water to clean out the system and stop that hungry feeling. remember not to starve yourself as that will waste away your muscle. a certain ammount of carbs will be needed to maintain your energy levels. and whatever you do dont starve yourself! it will make you lose weight in the short term, but you will put on even more weight afterwards because the body will retain the fat from your food incase it goes through the same thing again, as for meal sizes, say a third what you usually have, and eat slow so your food is easier to digest, also dont eat when your full as this will expand your stomach
good luck and remember beauty comes from the inside and dont make yourself ill!

You want nutrified air, then. That doesn't exist, btw. Everything has calories, except water. Water doesn't do so much good by itself, though.

Eat five or six SMALL healthy meals spaced evenly through the day. In eating more often you'll likely find that you're actually eating less. Then, if you really want to rev it, reduce the number of meals, but keep them the same size. The less you eat the less your body wants to eat. Serious, how do you think the anorexic chicks deal?

Then hit your local Wal-mart and pick up a pilates tape/dvd. I started one from there and lost 1/2inch around my waist in two days, and then it really started working. Do it daily, and incorporate walks/jogs/runs/whatever to burn that extra bit of fat. When I diet, I officially work out for 20-30min daily and go on two 30min walks. Then again, I prolly get quick results every time because I'm still in my teens and my metabolism hasn't slowed yet.

Good luck, and be healthy with whatever you do.

You don’t need to exercise for long periods of time. Short, sharp sets of exercise will produce better results if you work hard. Get a omitting rope, skip for two units, do push ups for a minute or so, skip for two minutes, rest for just one minute. Then change the push approximately something else like sit ups as well as do the set again. Repeat it five times and it’s a simple, effective workout that will improve results than a long work or swim.

Music making you eat more. According to a work by the journal Psychology along with Marketing, soft, classical tunes encourage you to take time over your food, so you consume more foods. So, switch off – silence could make you more aware of what you’re investing in your mouth.

Set performance-based goals. Always set yourself incrementally larger goals each week to ensure you’re engaged and have something to shoot for. Each little achievement is also a reward that you’re going in the right direction. From doing 10 more squats to mastering a fresh yoga pose, whatever floats your current boat.

Are your dishes too large? A healthy dinner should fit on a 9-inch plate. You may know that kid-sized plates are more appropriately sized to feed a grownup!

Keep a food diary. Seeing every morsel of food you’ve eaten within a day written down can help you to see where you’re overdoing it, or reveal patterns or triggers to bad ways of eating.
