Well the hot guy won't be appreciative of you if you go around trying to get his attention. What you do is slowly work up a conversation and eventually just start talking over the phone and possibly going to the movies or something. But if you feel like just doing it then well follow the other advice given by other people. All I can say is be yourself around him. Good Luck!

There are several things you can do to get his attention. Short skirts, sexy outfits, just running up to him and kissing him. But it's another story if you want to keep Mr. Hot once you get his attention. I would suggest strinking up a conversation, playing it with a good amount of flirting, but then being yourself and listening to him closely. If he is interested in you the conversation will go smoothly. You'll know you're on the right track.
If not, and it's not because he's so stunned by your beauty that he's too nervous to speak, then you may not want to pursue this particular hottie any more than that. Guys love it when you are interested in them tho, so you can use that to get started.

MAN FORGET ALL THIS "show your titty.. wear tight jeans crap".. those are losers tell you to do that.. Although it does look hella nice don't get me wrong BUT.. if this guy you wanna attract is worth anything.. he sees the bigger picture.. and most "a-list guys in high school" or where ever do.. like myself.. we have girls coming up to us all the time acting like hoes and its not cute!! gets annoying.. so what you may wanna do is just introduce yourself and tell him how you admire something about him.. BUT DON"T GO OVERBOARD.. he'll think your sweet.. but kinda weird.. after that.. just have patience.. and speak to him now an then... BUT DON'T STALK HIM!!! puh-lease don't... especially if his a jock.. skater.. too.. but don't stalk him.. and if you ever get chance to talk to him... (like you see him in library, sit at lunch, or get stuck in detention/studyhall) then just ask small questions if he's not annoyed by you.. you'll feel him being annonyed if he is.. and RULE NUMBER ONE!!! HAVE CONFIDENCE IN SELF.. trust me.. it's not as hard as you think.. chick did it to me last night at Walmart and she's been on my mind all night.. it was bizarre.. heh??? good luck

Present in your behavior, the type of person you think the guy would be interested in. And then be that type of person. If however, it would reacquire you to act differently than you normally do, and you have to change your behavior dramatically to please him, it will be a signal that you ultimately will not be happy with him
In other words, just be yourself. If that does not attract him, then he is not for you and you are not for him. Look elsewhere.

look cute. dont seem too desperate. flirt by letting him know youre nice but have ur naughty sides. JUST BE YOURSELF. and get to kno him before you like him. just cuz hes hot doesnt mean hes a nice guy

I think that first off all, you have to look good. For you and for him. Try to change something at you, maybe your hair color or just have a sexy haircut. Then try to apper when he is alone, it's really difficult to talk to him when 5 people are staring at you !!!

do your hair and makeup
and just jump into a conversation with him about anything
make sure you touch his arm casually while you two are talking
but dont giggle like an idiot. guys like more sophistocation than ditzy women.
