it's something that you just feel out..and you'll know it's right.. only thing is taking control and doing it.. faith i guess... BUT you really sound over eager.. you should first question your true motives behind wanting to pursue what it is you want to pursue.. because though your innocence and eagerness you may be too anxious and end up getting more than what you bargained for... never rush things!!! and for the record.. if he was a real dude and you appreciated chivarly then home boy would just ask you "in that sweet manner" could he kiss you.. then you'd say yes.. AND THEN YOU"D SLOB EACH OTHERS FACE!! lol =D.. but if that doesnt' happen... just know that if he has genuine affections for you then he probably feels the exact same way you feel now.. trust me i'm a dude i know.. hAH.. so just talk about kissing first.. and then the future will hold whatever it holds for you aight.. one!

Guys usually make the 90% of the move then you just have to do the remaining 10%...if they started to carress you in the face and he starts to close the gap between your lips and stops 3/4 of the way then that your time to close the 10%.

Most always its that good eye contact that leads to a kiss...u know that locking stare you share with eachother..and if you want to kiss him so bad,,then you make the move, but don't slam it on him...get real close and kind of hesitate the moment with your lips so close but not yet touching and nudge his nose a little with yours first ;) it doesn't matter who goes first jus do it girl! i'm sure he'll be diggin it! good luck.
