Even if you could, the pasta would be mushy. Might as well just buy a can. Cook the sauce and meatballs in the crock pot but cook the pasta separately.

The water in a crockpot never hits the boiling point, so this won't really work very well. Even so, after 8-10 hours (typical crockpot timing), the spaghetti would be a mushy mess.
It's so easy to boil spaghetti in 15 minutes. Just do that. If you want to use the crock pot to make a meatball sauce, go ahead.

My Crockpot Spaghetti Sauce:
½ day 20 min prep
12 servings
1 lb ground beef
1 lb ground pork
1 medium onion, chopped fine
2 (28 ounce) cans diced tomatoes, with juice
2 (6 ounce) cans tomato paste
2 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
2 bay leaves
5 cloves garlic, pressed
4 teaspoons dried oregano
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
4 teaspoons dried basil
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1. Brown meats and onion in a skillet and drain well.
2. Transfer to your crockpot.
3. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
4. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
5. Serve over hot spaghetti noodles.

YES!! my family calls it "grandpa's spaghetti" and it's FABULOUS!!
1 pound ground beef
1/2 pound bacon
2 medium green peppers-chopped
1 medium onion-chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1 large can stewed tomatoes
large handful of spaghetti noodles that are very undercooked
1. brown ground beef in a pan. then brown the bacon and onion together and add it all to the crockpot.
2. add everything else to the crockpot and simmer for about an hour or so

No, they will turn into mush. Just bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and boil for about 11 mins. Drain and serve. Easy. Then heat the meatballs and sauce and serve with noodles.

I dont think so.......but you can cook it in the microwave..... or you can par boil the noodles (2 minutes in boiling water) and throw them in the oven or crockpot with the sauce and meatballs until its finished. But you always have to start with water.
