My husband is Muslim, we live in his native country and I am currently studying Islam. I deeply respect Islam and its beliefs and love the Muslims I live with and around.

Just like any religion, it is neither good nor bad in and of itself. there are many good people who believe and practice islam. There are terrible peole who believe and practice islam. Just like Christianity, Buddhism, Hinduism, Judaism and Sikhism.
Indeed, anyone who says Islam is not of God or is quick to criticize the extremists needs to take a good hard look at their own religion.

My question to you is how do you know that all religions are not praying to the same God. My thoughts are their is only one. But you have to remember man wrote all these different bibles not God. Open your mind if you condemn any religion doesn't that make you a hippocrit, why would you think your God is any different than somebody Else's God. You need to read some history, the bloodiest wars ever have been over religion since the beginning of time.

I am Tibetan Buddhist.
Are you ready? Here goes.
Everybody is responsible for his or her own
peace of mind and happiness. For some people, Islam brings them peace of mind, contentment and happiness. For me, personally, Tibet Buddhism brings me purpose, peace of mind and happiness.
*The important thing is that humanity respects the free will of others, and not wrongly judge people, because of the harmful behavior of some, whether those {who caused harm to others) were muslims, jews, christians, or buddhists.*

I am a Muslim and for me it is the true path to God. I find it be peaceful and a wonderful guide for me in how to live my life. I am very happy and blessed that I'm a Muslim.
Also, don't forget that all Muslims aren't terrorists. They aren't real Muslims.

As a Muslim, I think that Islam is the true path, passed through the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) into the Qur'an. I practice only true Islam, which is the path of Peace. I only ask that you do not judge all of us by the actions of the few in the Middle East.
As-Salaamu Alaykum - Peace be upon you

As I'm Muslim I love my religion. I don't however like Shia because they cut their kids heads open with razors and let their Imans have sex with their newly wed wives before the husbands have sex with them. And they're really difficult to get along with. Other than the Shia and the terrorists who aren't Muslims in my opinion, I love my brothers and sisters in Islam.

I think too many people allow the press to influence their decisions and prejudice. I don't understand why so many people generalize that all Muslims are terrorist and filled with hate. Many people base their belief on the actions of a few fundamental terrorist, and this is unfortunate for most Muslims.
