How do you cook previously frozen crabs?

Gross.... don't boil them!!! They will just get tuff.... Steam them with some Old Bay seasoning!

They are probably pre-cooked. Its rare to be able to buy uncooked crab.

If they aren't cooked you thaw then boil for about 20 minutes in salt water.

If they are pre-cooked you simply crack and eat. You can heat them if you want.
