It calls for slight adjustment in your lifestyle. You can afford to take things lightly when it comes to take revenge or when it comes to speaking harsh words. But you have to prompt in doing right things and things that bring reward.

Two things need to take place. First of all, you need to organize your time and prioritize what needs to be done. Secondly, you need to do those things, and that requires self discipline. It's easy to procrastinate and put off things that you know need to be done. But it isn't worth it when you go through the last-minute rush. This is a habit that you need to break, because no one will do it for you. Start small, and complete at least one task every day. Then go to doing two things a day that you know will need to be done. Eventually, doing things on time will become a habit -- a good habit. If you need help, ask someone you trust to help you keep track of things and make sure you're doing them. You'd be surprised how little time and effort it will take, and how much more relaxed you'll feel when you're not "under the wire", so to speak. Good luck!

It sounds like you're an adrenaline junkie. You enjoy playing beat the clock, otherwise you wouldn't do it. If you really want to get it together you need to start getting organized. Plan your routine the day before. Good Luck!

You'll feel much better about yourself if you "just do it!" Sometimes when we are a little depressed we do this. Maybe just doing it will get rid of the procrastination.
