31 year old released after eight years for carrying a weapon and evading arrest. but also because it was a 2nd offence (in New york and Florida). He was born in Barbados but grew up in Grenada (from 1-9 years)and New York (from 9-imprisonment). Most of his family lives in America and England yet he was deported to Barbados on a technicality that his mother had forgotten to get him seperate citizenship.

His father in Barbados is an alcoholic and has never been involved in his life...all his bank accounts and social security details were voided by the US.

With no history in Barbados and a criminal record things look very bleak. He has not reoffended and is a reformed man who was stupid when he was younger and just wants a chance.

Any suggestions?

Think he had a fight or insultd a police officer then ran away and they had to chase him on foot.

Yep he is in the UK now and is working hard earning cash in hand and trying to decide what to do.

I have observed that he is indeed reformed

Is it a movie? If it's real life, then it's ridiculous. Was the mother sane when she forgot such a little thing like give a home to the kid, after she dragged him around the world? I think the family can apply for the guy, but I'm sure that he will never come back with such a beautiful record.

A criminal!

oh great well send him over here to the UK anyway!

Once he arrives in the country our government has made sure that he and others like him will be well looked after.

He can look forward to free health care, free housing and benefits all paid for by our tax payers!

Get used to Barbados. Second offense? They should have deported him the first time.

Well i am glad he seems to have truly reformed. but legally he is not allowed here and the fact he recieves cash in hand doesnt look good. I suggest that he hires a lawyer to help him.... but i dont rate his chance of success very high 0 - 10% success in his favour.

Sorry! If someone is deported, they better not come back illegally. That only makes things worse.

You claim he is a "reformed man." How do we know. All we have record of is a criminal that was deported. No suggestions here.
