And my girlfriend saw me as I was leaving. Since they know each other she called my ex without me knowing
it and asked her what I was doing there.
She told her we had sex so now my girlfriend says we are

Let's see - you went to your EX girlfriend's house apparently just for sex. That means what is in your pants rules your world. Not only that, but you betrayed the trust of your present girlfriend, hurt her deeply with a girl you both know - what part of "it's over" is difficult for you to understand? Until you can control yourself and be true to your partner you can look forward to being alone. Nobody deserves to be treated the way you treated either one of these girls.

Nothing you can say will get her back. You made a huge mistake, and if you really cared about her, you wouldn't have cheated on her in the first place. Maybe your ex will take you back. Sounds like that's what she wants, and sounds like you two are perfect for each other.

Move on, your done. Trust me, instead of wasting money buying cards and flowers for your gf, take the money and invest it in something. The overwhelming chance is that your present gf is not going to get back with you or even if she does, your going to keep cheating on her with your ex.
