losing weight takes time. it can be frustrating, but that's the only way to be healthy. a big start would be cut the pop. (even diet, which i, personally, thing is gross) walk a little more.
or, one thing i did was made a mix CD of various line dances. my sis and i spend about a half hour a couple times (longer or shorter depending on how tired we are) a week dancing in my basement. it's a lot of fun. working out with friends or family is usually more enjoyable. good luck.

I lost 105 pounds in 6 months. Here is how I did it.
1. Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but you want to get up to 45 minutes, and it must be fast walk. You want your heart rate to go up. It must be in the morning, it kick starts your metabolism.
2. I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed).
3. Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook less. When you go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, only diet soda. Or water.
It will work, once you get into a routine, you will get hooked on the results, and you will keep the routine. It has been over a year for me.
Also start counting your calories. Write them down. You would be amazed as to how much more aware you are of your caloric intake, if you actually write it down. We recently discovered a site that offers a great program that counts calories, as well as keeps track of everything. It allows multiple users, so everyone in the family can keep track. They offer a free 7 day trial, and so far I am very impressed with the product. Try the 7 days and see. It allows you to add the exercise that you do during the day, which increases the amount of calories you can take in. Very Cool!!

you shouldnt diet.but do moderate how much you eat and what you eat.eat 3 times a day not after 7 or 8pm and eat small healthy snacks every 3 hrs.and run atleast 3 to 5x a week for and an hour or more if you can or a mile. and spend 30min or more if you want to doing cardio workout or pilates those really help.you dont have to go waste money in the gym .you could do it at home and run at a park or if you have a treadmill at home thats perfect. i lost
alomst 20 pds in 2 months.oh and eliminate soda from your diet that helps even more.and try to not drink that much alcohol.you can also drink linasa every night my mom does it an its not just to lose weight it prevents you hair from falling less and it cleanses your body of toxins

No fast way to lose weight is healthy. I know you've probably heard this a billion times, but the healthiest way to permanent weight loss is to lose it gradually - 2 lbs a week max. Be sure to eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, reduce your carb intake (only whole grains), and lean protein. The "fastest" way to shed some pounds is to increase your daily activity. Cardio is best - so start walking/running, maybe take up tennis or cardio kickboxing to pump up your heart rate and boost your metabolism. To lose water weight, divide your body weight by 2 (i.e. 180/2=90) and drink that many fluid ounces of water (that alone may help you lose 5 lbs or so). Good luck! :)

Small changes to your eating habits can make a big difference, Cut back on garb's for 4 days, don't leave them out altogether as you need them for energy, So cut back on Bread, pasta, potatoes rice, eat lots of steamed veg, and Chicken , Fish. I find I can drop quite a few pounds if I do this reg, I also do lots of exercise by going to classes at my local leisure center, as I find I work harder in them that in the Gym. Body pump, Body attack and circuit are great, but if cash flow isn't good at the mo, then just go running with a friend, small runs then just build it up, even start with a fast pace of walking and build from there. best to maintain this as a way of life, and diets are not needed.
