Crockpot Chicken Stroganoff
Ingredients
(4 servings)
6 Boneless Chicken Breasts
16 oz Sour cream
1 cn Cream of Mushroom soup
1 pk Onion Soup mix, Lipton's
Instructions
Mix all together and put into crockpot. Cook on low for 4 -6 hours. Or until chicken is tender. Serve over cooked noodles or rice.

hiya a lovely dish and very simple i swear by this dish and it is very fancy plus it take 15 mins to do and gives u more time with your guests and its a twist on the usual favourites and it imaganitive tuna steak with noodles the ingrediants are
tuna steaks
teryaki marinade a lime
fresh egg noodle/beansprouts
red peppers mushrooms chillis spring onions
soy sauce and chilli p[owder
put the tuna steak s in pan and pour the teryaki marinate on the fish slice sum chillis throw them in and a squeeze of lime juice marinade 4 atleast 2 hours then cook fish in griddle pan with a bit of corriander then add peppers and mushrooms 2 wok or ppan add noodles and beansprouts then add a splash of soy sauce and some chilli powder if u like it spicy wait 4 uingrediants 2 cook then add spring onions at end (a little tip cut all vegtables in stripsit looks alot better presentation wise) put noodle on plate and tuna steak on top it really is delicious and takes about 15 mins 2 cook honestly give it a go and it will be easy 4 u to do enjoy

CHICKEN ENCHALIDA CASSEROLE
1 – 1 ½ lb boneless chicken, cut into bite size chunks
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 - 8 oz carton sour cream
1 small can chopped Ortega green chiles
1 sml package flour tortillas, cut or torn in small pieces
8 oz jalapeno or regular jack cheese, grated
Cook chicken in skillet with a little water and ½ tsp garlic salt or powder, until no longer pink Remove and reserve.
In a bowl combine the next four ingredients, plus 6 oz of the cheese, and the chicken. Mix well and place in greased casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese and bake at
350 F for 1 hour.
CHEESEBURGER SKILLET DINNER
1 (7 1/4 oz.) pkg. macaroni and cheese dinner
1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. frozen mixed vegetables
1/3 c. ketchup
1/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
3/4 c. (3 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Prepare macaroni and cheese as directed on package. Meanwhile, in large skillet, brown ground meat and onion; drain. Stir in frozen vegetables, ketchup, water, mustard and garlic powder. Cook over medium heat 8-10 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
Reduce heat to low. Stir in Cheddar cheese. Add macaroni-cheese to meat mixture; mix well. Cook 1-2 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Sprinkle with additional Cheddar cheese if desired. Yields: 4 (1 cup) servings.
CUBE STEAK DINNER
4 cube steaks
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can water
Brown steaks. Season with salt and pepper. Place in baking dish. Pour soup and water mixture over and bake 20 minutes. Serve with mashed potatoes and dinner rolls.
DENA'S SKILLET DINNER
1 lb. hamburger, salt & pepper to taste
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 potatoes, chopped in sm. pieces
Onion, sm. chopped fine
Cheddar cheese, grated
Canned milk, approx. 3-4 oz.
Brown hamburger meat, potatoes and onion. Drain excess grain. Add soup and canned milk. Simmer on low until potatoes are tender. Top with cheese. This can be served alone or on top of toast or toasted English muffin. Add a salad and dinner is done!

fry some onion and bacon in some butter.
add a oxo cube salt and pepper,just a little bit of s+p.
peel and slice some potatoes ( slice a little thinner than what you would for chips.)
then just cover with water.
i usually add some corn flour to thicken it up a bit,and a bit more oxo cube if you want a stronger flavour.

Creamy Fettuccini Alfredo
1 – 8 oz. Package Philly Cream Cheese (I use the light version – 1/3 less fat), cubed
¾ cup (3 oz.) fresh grated Parmesan cheese (I like De Giorno, don’t use Kraft)
½ cup margarine (I use I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter Light)
½ cup milk (I use 1% or 2% low fat)
8 oz. fettuccini, cooked, drained (I use the fresh Contadina low fat one)
In large saucepan, combine cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, margarine and milk.
Stir over low heat until smooth. Add to drained fettuccini and toss lightly. Sprinkle with fresh Parmesan cheese if desired. Makes 4 servings.
Quick Chicken Parmesan
4 Boneless Chicken Breasts, pounded flat
1 jar Spaghetti Sauce (I use Prego mushroom and garlic)
3 oz. Mozzarella Cheese, grated
2 cups Italian Bread Crumbs
2 oz. Parmesan Cheese
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 egg, plus 1 tbs water, slightly beaten
Mix Italian breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and garlic salt together in bowl. Beat 1 egg in another bowl, 1 tbs water and a dash of garlic salt. Dip chicken in egg, then in crumbs and fry in oil until brown on each side (10 – 15 min each side). Pour spaghetti sauce over chicken and sprinkle with cheese, cover so cheese melts and serve. Makes 4 servings.
Moms Accidental Teriyaki Pork Chops
This dish can be made more or less sweet according to taste. It is just as good without the mushrooms.
6 to 8 pork chops (boneless) or chicken
¼ cup butter or margarine
3 TBS olive oil
1 cup slice mushrooms (optional)
¼ cup sweet wine (White port wine is good)
½ cup Kikoman Teriyaki Marinade
¼ cup corn syrup or sugar (optional), use only if you like your teriyaki a little sweet
1 - (10 ½ oz) can white sauce or package white sauce made according to directions
In large skillet brown pork chops in 2 tablespoons melted butter and 2 ablespoons olive oil. Remove chops from pan. Add remaining butter and oil to pan drippings. Add mushrooms and sauté until golden brown. Add remaining ingredients except white sauce. And simmer for 15 minutes. Add white sauce and stir until smooth and completely blended. Place pork chops in a 3-quart casserole dish and pour sauce over it. Bake at 350F for about 1 ½ hours or until chops are tender.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
Chicken in Champagne Sauce
4 boneless chicken breasts
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp seasoned salt (Lawry’s)
1 tsp garlic salt or powder
6 tbs light margarine or butter
2/3 cup Asti Spumante or any sweet wine (use the cheapest you can find)
2 tsp flour (more if needed to thicken)
1 cup half and half or lowfat milk
Sprinkle chicken breasts with all seasonings. Heat butter in frying pan. Brown chicken. Add Asti or wine. Cover pan and simmer about 30- 40 minutes, turning twice, until chicken is tender. Remove chicken and keep warm. Thicken sauce with flour. Stir in half and half and heat sauce. Add chicken to sauce to coat. Makes 4 servings
Serving suggestions: Serve with boiled red potatoes or mashed potatoes with sauce on top and steamed broccoli.
