Jacket spud with cheese and beans and salad or make an Omelette! Or beans on toast and add grated chese to it. Or you could cook up some pasta and buy one of those stir in sauces to put in it have with salad and crusty bread,
Another quick one is ham egg and chips. Or order a takeaway treat yourself.
God I'm hungrey now!! LOL!!

Cucumber sandwiches. Slice cucumber (thickness is a matter of preference, I prefer less than 1/4 inch) and put it on bread spread with Mayonnaise (or Miracle Whip, whatever works. I prefer Miracle Whip). If you want to be REALLY fancy, cut off the crusts and cut them per saltire.
Teas are my favourite form of gathering. Even my guy friends come over for them. Cucumber sandwiches are easy and usually well-recieved among the non-allergic. (I also take them to work/class becuase they're vegetable and easy)

Boiled rice, with some vegetables in it. Put the vegatables in a pan with oil, cook them for 1 minute then add the water, when it's boiling put the rice and let it boil for 30 minutes. Then cover the pan for 10 minutes.
And tomatoes salad with other raw vegetables you like.
And dessert.
Or you could make just a big Bulgarian salad with boiled potatoes slice, onions, oil, tomatoes, green salad, olives, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
