how can i realize a man is flirting with me or really in love?

Flirting doesn't equal love. That is something that grows with time. There may be interest there if he is flirting however. If he is doing it alot, ask him if he wants to see a movie with you, or grab something to eat. If he says yes, he's interested.

You probably need to go out with him and get to know him much better in order to know his feelings....
