I am looking into purchasing a new computer with the new windows vista premium, and was told that the new vista no longer allows you to copy paste. Such as if I am doing a report for school and need information from the internet, that I would no longer be able to use the copy and paste function that I use on windows XP. Can anyone tell me if this is true?

Yes, you can still do the same thing. Microsoft Vista is just nothing more than a better Graphical User Interface (GUI) than XP. If I were you I wouldn't buy it right now. Microsoft Vista is still new so there is not alot of support for it.

I just installed Windows Vista Home Premium, and yes of course copy and paste are still there!

I like it better than XP so far.

I hear some of the strangest rumors that get started from people about Vista. Like all the others, this one is definitely false.

Ctrl+C/V are still fully functional in Windows Vista. :)
