I came to College at 250lbs on January 15. I am now @ 230lbs on February 27. My coach(baseball) here wants me to get to 200-210 playing weight, by the end of the semester(may 12) and has been working me hard. I have to ask, will the second twenty be easier or harder to work off then the first twenty?

Also, is it safe to drop this weight, this fast?

sorry, but as you get closer to your target weight, it will become harder, you're trying to lose a bigger percent of your body weight. you can safely and "healthily" lose 2-3 pounds per week

Good job! Keep up the good weight loss ! I suggest that you try body cleansing. I tried it and really got lean quickly. I lost 15 pounds in 9 days and also 3 inches off my waist. I do body sculpting so getting leaner was my goal. My sister did this program too and she lost a lot of weight quickly. I did not know too much about cleansing but there are a lot of TV commercials about this stuff. This is a body cleanse and not just a colon cleanse, I wanted my body to get lean quickly and this did the trick! The lower you weight gets, the harder it becomes to lose more weight. The body goes into starvation mode and tries to conserve calories when someone does extreme dieting. You will eventually hit a plateau.
