I just got my photo driver's license renewed, and I am wondering what I should do with the old, expired ID card. Should I shred it, throw it away, or keep it?

Put it in a safe place. While destroying it is an option, if you ever lose your wallet, you are going to need something to get all your identification replaced. Having an expired ID will help expedite the process, and make it ALOT less painful.

You should shred it. I gave mine to my underage brother and he got me in a lot of trouble both with johnny law and my parents.

I'd buy some grout and make a nice little decorative drink coaster.

:)

Replace it, before you get in trouble. After it's renewed, destroy it.

Admire the picture if it's a good one. Chop it up and toss it otherwise.

burn it or shred it. it has your personal info on it and can be used to steal your identity.
