I had an instance like this occur at my son's wedding. We hosted the rehearsal dinner and had it catered at the church fellowship hall. My Mom's birthday and Best Man and Bridesmaid had their 8th Anniversary that day. We had a "Celebrity Hour" at the dinner. After everyone had eaten and enjoyed visiting for a short period, I stood up and recognized our celebrities thanking them for being there and making a sacrifice on their special day. We had small gifts for them to open. It added another dimension to the whole ceremony - they still talk about it to this day and that has been 14 years ago now. Just let your imagination run wild - just your remembering them will make it special for them.

I would say a really nice toast to them at the rehearsal dinner. Also, give them a certificate to a nice restaurant or something that they can use to celebrate their anniversary at a later date, and some wine or champagne that they can drink that evening. And the best gift of all is to let them leave early so that they still have some of the night to celebrate.

AWWW... Thats so sweet. My cousins share our wedding date so I had their song played at my wedding to celebrate. I think you should give a toast and a small gift or... have a seperate cake or deserts in honor of all your guests who have anniv. or bdays that day. That would really make it very special!:)

That is so sweet of you. Much luck on your wedding!
