Yes, for cleansing and should drink plenty too....keeps you looking fresh and looking younger.

Yes ....hydration is very important. It is great to spray your face with spring water ... at one time they said Evian water, but I am sure other spring waters will work too .... and be sure to have some to drink, also.

Spots: get a good cream , it almost does not matter which one ... Ponds made a vanishing cream at one time ....and be sure you wash the dishes yourself rather than leaving it up to the maid, your husband or the dishwashing machine !!.. you need to soak your hands and then gently rub them dry with a soft turkish towel. Do NOT overdo it ... it is a question of daily care which pays off in the long run ....

yes it does help your cleanse your skins and to help you get rid of spots but not just drinking water on its own will help you also need a strict healthy diet and a good skin cleanser to help as well. i would advice not drinking too much bottled water as well as bottled water contains too many vitamins and minerals that your stomach can not cope with good old tap water will do fine.

You didn't say what kind of spots. I would suggest you see a dermatologist to examine these mystery spots.
