If you are able, yes taking the bus is a good idea. If that is too much, have you thought of calling a cab to get home?

Are you financially stable or do you need assistance? If so try checking in your state for assistance for adults with mental illness. Here in Michigan my aunt is in ACT (Assertive Community Treatment). They help her make and keep doctor appointments, budget her money and help her complete forms related to her disability.

If you are finically stable you could look into non-medical helpers to drive you where you need to go. Many hospitals can give you contact information for the services.

Take care.

catching the bus is a good idea..until you can find more reliable transportation..

are you currently recieving SSDI or SSI? or both? if not apply....

also be aware that many counties offer housing assitance to the mentally ill... and that in many cases you might be elligible for food stamps....

use all the resources the government provides..and in some cases that even includes car repair if you need the car for work...

call vocational rehabilitation and see if they can do anything for you..and good luck!

I understand that you are very overwhelmed right now. It is upsetting when your car breaks down and you have no help. Please talk to your counselor to see if they can give you services as far as transportation and support. You need to find people that you can socialize with. Maybe a group home would be good so that you would have transportation and a family setting that you could rely on others. I hope this helps. Please continue to take your meds.

it is common to get indignant. it is fustrating to not do issues on your guy or woman anymore. one subject approximately human beings seeing him and stuff, maximum folk do not care. they're preoccupied with their own lives. it is 2010 not 1940's. human beings are not judging him as much as he's judging himself.
