how do i put my computer in safe mode and bring it out again?

i need to know how to put my computer in safe mode so i can run some antivirus and antispyware programs that may not pick some stuff up in normal mode. how do i put it in safe mode and then put it back in normal mode?

to get into "Safemode" press F8 as soon as you start your PC up.

a screen should appear,

with

safe mode
safe mode with command prompt ect ect. and using the arrow keys on your keyboard to scroll up and down, and its "SAFEMODE" is the one you want.

you should see all these files coming down the screen, dont panic. once that is done.

type your username + password as you would normally.

and click no when it comes up.

and from then you can find your virus scanner. and anti spyware.

let them finishing your files then restart pc when done, and your pc will load bk to normal again.

reboot before windows starts to load keep pressing the F8 key (about once a second) until the boot menu appears use the cursor keys to move up and down the list choose and highlight safe mode press return it'll then boot into safe mode to come out just reboot normally click start >turn off computer >restart

Restart you computer and after hearin Beep sound press F8 button, and then Windows will bring some choices for you, now select Safe Mode.
After finishing in Safe Mode, restart your pc, now it will be back to normal mode.
