Drinking lots and lots of ater is a good start. Your body needs to wash away the dead cells as you get better and by doing this it needs water (fluids) so drink drink drink your happy life into good health.
Eat three meals a day. The body is at war and you need to feed the Amry that is heloping you win the battle.
In the end, the dead soldiers called (dead White Blood Cells) are washed away.
The battle is won and you are once again in fine health tackling everyday activities.
If for what ever reason your health drops badly where you need anti-biotics to comabt complicatiopns from a cold...that is a very, very bad sign.
Anything else your good to hook.

You can go to a pharmacy and get an expectorant to get rid of the mucus in your sinuses. Drink lots of fluids and take something for inflammation and fever. Buy some fresh fruit like oranges and lemons. Drink those warm or as hot as is reasonable several times a day. That will give you natural C vitamins. If you have honey take it by the spoonful so it coats your throat, also has vitamin C and healing qualities. Rest. If you put too much stress on your body with physical activity it can't heal itself. You will be just fine and build up antibodies by not taking too much medication. Don't let anyone give you antibiotics, they do no good in your condition and do more harm. If you have vitamins take those. I usually take twice the daily dose until my cold is gone.

OK here goes and this is going to sound gross..... runny nose block both nostrals with tissue lightly and drink plenty of water, this will steam the bugs and kill them, flushes kidneys real well to (added bonis).
sore throat...glass warm water good squeese lemon juice good dollop of honey 1 solouble disprine (or simular) gargle 30seconds and swallow .
Warm soup and vegies rest stay warm stay off the drugs and grog and u will be ok l

If you can try some day and night nurse it is really doog and gets rid of the cold quickly. other than that take vitimin C , drink planty of non alcoholic fluids and rest try sleeping and sweating it out can be good try a curry!

raw garlic, raw onion, horseradish, cayenne pepper and orange juice (not mixed together!).
Make a salad with garlic and onions, make shrimp and home-made cocktail sauce, make chili with cayenne, and drink orange juice all day. Your breath won't smell that great, but if you're sick, you shouldn't be kissing people anyways!!

try "AIRBORN" we have it in our area, it was created my a school teacher, someone once told me to try it when i feel like i coming down w a cold and now i take it, it works great!! its natural and it taste great..
