Panasonic TU -DSB40 sky box, help please!?

Hello! I got a question to sattelite channel viewers. I have bought a Panasonic TU DSB 40 Sky box receiver to be able to watch satellite channels on 2 different TVs but have a problem with setting it up. THe receiver ask me to put the sky card in it but I am not going to watch sky. How can I unlock or do something elese to make it work. Thanks!

You still need a card and will have to pay for it. Following indicates £20 if you have a box and dish
