Actually, this is a pretty low-fat, healthy meal.

Crockpot Chicken Stroganoff

Ingredients

(4 servings)

6 Boneless Chicken Breasts
16 oz Sour cream
1 cn Cream of Mushroom soup
1 pk Onion Soup mix, Lipton's


Instructions

Mix all together and put into crockpot. Cook on low for 4 -6 hours. Or until chicken is tender. Serve over cooked noodles or rice.

Jumbo Shrimp with a kick!

one large bag cooked Jumbo shrimp
butter
garlic powder
salt
Pepper
a dash of cajun powder chicken boulion
parmisian cheese

De-tail all shrimp, melt butter in fry pan, add shrimp and seasonings to taste, simmer, and you have a yummy main dish. Noodles and asperagas are two great sides, and easy!

Everyone one of these suggestions is great! But the key to each one is that they all included herbs and spices. If you cook without using herbs and spices you will end up with a bland dish. If herbs and spices are new to you, start slowly buy a few key ones and enjoy!

Easy Beef Stew

2 lb. beef for stew, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 cups beef broth
2 cups diagonally sliced carrots
2 cups diagonally sliced celery
2 cups quartered onions
2 cups cubed peeled potatoes
1/4 tsp. ground marjoram
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. ground thyme
1 bay leaf

PREHEAT oven to 300�F. Mix all ingredients in large casserole dish; cover.

BAKE 2-1/2 to 3 hours or until meat and vegetables are tender, stirring after each hour.

1 whole ginger root (peeled and thinly cut)
thinly cut carrots (about 3)
onions (white and diced)
soy sauce and ginger sauce/dressing

it is sooo tender and yummy
