Just go up to her and say Hi my name is...... and shake her hand.

Just walk up and say hi. Introduce yourself and go from there. You'll be able to get a "vibe" by talking. You'll feel it if there is any interest. Most girls will talk back, if she won't you don't want that one anyway.

just be brave and ask her out for drink,
i dont know how old you are, but if ur underage for drinking just say "would you like to go out for dinner"
you'll be surprsied by the answer.
she will be shocked and surprised that she's been asked out, (am sure she is pretty but still, we girls do get bit thrilled when we get asked out.
but am confident she will say "yes" as she will admire you the courage for asking.
