My parents are constantly on me about my weight -- nevermind that I've had a kid, have a tumor and PCOS. So, I'm seeing them in a little over a month.

Yesterday I had juice (Fuze bottle), 4 16.9 oz bottles of water, half a pork chop, one spoon of noodles, took four Hydroxycut Max tablets, lifted weights for 30 minutes and danced for an hour.

So far today, one slimfast shake for breakfast, two bottles of water, one cup black coffee with sweet & low.

Any other ideas?!?!?!? (BTW, yesterday's result -- lost only HALF A POUND!!!)

Here's an idea: increase your calories. It looks like you maybe had 450-500 calories yesterday (just a ballpark figure). And that's not including calories burned while exercising. You need to consume at least 1200 calories a day for your body not to go into starvation mode and do everything it can to hang on to fat. You're on the right track today, but aim to consume at least 800 more calories (ideally at least 1000). I know you want to lose weight fast, but the way you're trying to go about it is bad for you and won't work. Also I see no veggies or fruit (aside from your juice) at all in your diet. How about a nice big fruit salad for lunch and a salad, chicken breast, and small serving of pasta or baked potato for dinner? Your exercise is on the right track, but increase your calories (with healthy food) to an acceptable level. Also not sure about the pills, but if they work, who am I to question it. Just stick to the suggestion dosage and don't exceed it. Good luck, and remember, if your parents see that you're sticking to a healthy diet and exercise regimen, they will probably congratulate ANY progress you make.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

omg to lose half a pund in one day is good!! you didnt put all the wieght on in one day so its going to take more than one day to come off! just keep doing what your doing you should consume at least 800 calories a day and try dannon for breakfast its supposed to help in losing wieght and getting healthy

odds are you re eating too fast try holding a conversation while having a meal so you re not gulping down more than you need to feel full
