I'm not angry at you, but I'm going to start gettin pissed off if people dont stop with these generalizations of a whole group of people based on one or two idiots actions.

Seriously, all these "atheists are you afraid...." or "why do christians...." questions are stupid. Not all atheists think or act the same way, just like not all christians think or act the same way. STOP with the generalizations, please.

And the real reason many atheists get mad at christians is because of the condescending attitude many christians take towards people with different opinions than them.

That being said, thank you, and love to you as well.

You can't love me, you don't even know me. Love if something that you have for another person who is important to you in a very personal way. Telling perfect strangers (and invisible dieties) that you love them makes the very idea of what love is common and cheap. If love could be thrown around so loosely, then what meaning could it possibly have. It's meaningful because it is so exclusive and personal.

We both know that you don't love me or anyone else on this message board, and to assert that you do is an outright lie. So, no, I don't fear your love, I just don't believe in it.

We're not angry. Just confused and frustrated at the state of the present world, where people believe in extraodinary claims with no evidence whatsoever. And they even think it's a virtue!

As for the love part, I think love is a part of every human being. You don't need a god to explain love, just your humanity.

Not afraid but rather just not interested in your religion, or any other one for that matter. It'd be nice if people respected that some people just aren't interested in hearing or talking about religion, and in turn they'd respect that you're religious and try not to offend. Attempting to "force" something into someone isn't the answer. Let people decide for themselves what they want to or don't want to believe in.

Yes, I'm afraid, especially now that Google Earth makes a stalker's job so easy. I really don't swing that way, as I've told you before. But someday I just *know* you'll find that one special girl.

That's really an absurd idea, you know.

I'd suspect Atheists get more annoyed at the condescending attitude, but that's just a hunch.

Your fellow Christian told you something ridiculous.

Everyone should love and be loved. There is no fear in love.

I'm not angry at you and I'm not sure whether or not I should be afraid of your love....

Do you love me like God loved the firstborn sons if Egypt. Do you wish to kill me to save me from continuing a life of sin?

If not then I have no reason to fear you.
