squeeze fresh lemon juice over it. that will help store the fruit from going brown. or you can make a natural syrup to go on it by boiling some water with the peel of an orange and the juice of a lemon and add some natural brown sugar, pour it over your salad and let it cool.

try making a fresh fruit salad with either regular or diet lemonade as this not only tastes nice it also keeps the fruit from getting brown ,and its an natural sweetener instead of a syrupy base

Put it in orange juice the acid in it counteracts with the ones in the fruit stopping it going brown. Lemon, pineapple or apple juice works just as well. But I think the orange makes it taste nicer.

keep it in orange juice. Apples may not work best for a fruit salad as the acidity will still give it a slight tinge of brown.

add a little lemon juice to the fruit and keep it tightly covered. there is also some type of commercial product available at the grocery store you can buy to prevent the fruit from turning brown.

I think lemon or lime juice added will slow the oxidation of the fruit.

Do you make and coat it in sugar syrup?........
500g Caster or Granulated Sugar
1pt Cold Water
Splash Lemon juice
Dissolve the sugar with the water & lemon bring to boil stirring
continuesly untill sugar completely dissolved ie: transparent
place in fridge, when realy cold pour over fruit salad.
Make this before so you can coat immiediatly.

either squeeze some lemon on it or add some freshly squeezed orange juice. just anything citrus the acid will stop your fruit from changing colour
