It depends on a few things: 1) Is your asthma allergy induced? 2) How bad is it? 3) What allergens trigger it?

I do have allergies and asthma. My asthma is allergy induced but it's also triggered by stress, cold or humid weather, and exercise. I had immunotherapy for two and a half years. I actually stopped in November 2006 because of the fact that I kept having reactions even when I wasn't supposed to AND it wasn't helping with my allergies. In fact, my asthma has gotten worse in the past two years, but I'm not blaming my immunotherapy. I suggest talking to your doctor about your options and hopefully they'll have a good recommendation for you. If your asthma is controlled with medication, I wouldn't do immunotheapy. It's not a "cure" and your symptoms are NOT going to go away completely. It can be painful and expensive so make your choice wisely.

Whatever you choose to do, good luck!!!
