Yes, the Judge certainly can do that, and very well might. It may not be for real long, but long enough to teach you to respect the court.

Yes, the full charge will come back on you, if it is alcohol related suspension, you could be looking at up to 10yrs without a license, fees, fines, court costs, lawyer fees, and likely one night in jail. Having the attitude that Driving while suspended is a small thing is extremely immature and irresponsible. You were suspended for a reason, apparently the reason hasn't been corrected since you're worrying you are gonna get caught. Take a look at the documents the courts gave you, they will clearly state what will happen if you "fail to comply". Failure to comply can be a very expensive additional charge to the original.

The first thing you need to do is adjust your attitude. Driving with an expired license is not "something small" it's something pretty major. Next learn the difference between "brake" (brake (n.) A device for slowing or stopping motion, as of a vehicle, especially by contact friction.) and the word you really meant, "break"

yes...you can do jail time...driving while suspended you will lose your license for up to a year...pay a heavy fine ...and most likely spend the night in jail
