How soon after meeting someone did you realize he or she was "the one"? How did you know? Can you explain it?

Well personally, I think I knew after the 2nd date. But you have to be careful about letting someone know how you feel too soon for fear of scaring them off. Give her little hints about how you feel...like...I feel good when I am with you...or compliment her on her outfit or her eys (not her body specifically as that can come across as crass). You have to see how compatible you are in other things though too, such as physically and mentally, do have at least some common interests and if you actually miss her when you are not with her. If all that happens...after a month or so...let her know how you feel.

It was only wks for me.as soon as we caught each others eyes,it was all over,21 yrs of bliss.we still look deep into each others eyes and don't say anything at all.
The fast heart beat ,the inability to talk,my hands would shake and my palms would start to sweat.It is a strange thing but WONDERFUL!!!
