im listening to a an old song clip on coasttocoastam.com. but the real question is intended for the young pups who just broke up! Will life continue on even though people break up? Will it be just as good before? or is loss of chastity and puppy love just anohter hole in the soul that hurts the rest of life.? Does Jesus ever truly fill the hole of a LOve never known? Or is jesus only a temporary hole filler until the a true husband or wife can be found. and for eternity?

Love is all around you. You just dont need a single love to live. When one love left, there could definitely another one again. The ball is round, the earth is round. Its filled with love so no reason for you to die.

One thing you must have to live, have your won love, share and value it. Thats Gods will.

It isn't the end of the world; it only feels like it. And it's true that you are never the same. A bit of that something we call innocence is lost, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. Our pain is not without its rewards. Our scars are our trophies in life. They mark our journey. It truly is better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all. The experience can make us more sympathetic, empathetic persons. Having felt what we have felt, we are better prepared to comfort others who are similarly wounded. As for the love of Jesus or God or Allah filling such holes--it's true that some people try to fill their voids with religious fervor, and I can understand why. Such entities are perfect in that they cannot betray. They are imagined as forever unchanging, unlike the rest of the universe.

Jesus isnt temporary. His presence fills forever. He is infinitely many times better than another human being who left you. Because nothing can stop Him for caring for you. And when you feel pain he feels it too yet much worse. A spouse, friends, the Pope, George Bush, Jimmy Carter, Oprah Winfrey, Ellen de Generes, etc. can never understand your pain and misery as much as that. Only God feels it much worse cos he cares for all of us since we are creations of his. That's why it pains him to send some really bad people to Hell.

Two different kinds of love.

When your true love says they don't love you any more this is like a death of a loved one. Divorce and death of a loved one are similar.

The hole that Jesus fills - no one can fill. Even deeply in love with your sweetheart you can still yearn for something else and that something else is the Lord.

"Or is jesus only a temporary hole filler until the a true husband or wife can be found"

You mean I have a wife-shaped hole in my life which I can plug with Jesus even though it leaks?

Mmm...I definitely think that, whether right or wrong, even the people who are closest to God are sometimes guilty of feeling empty and yearning for a mate of the opposite sex. They may not need one but it is natural to feel that they do. And though it is not the end of the world to lose love it sure feels like it.

it may feel like the end of the world at the moment, but as time passes all wounds heal and life goes on. Like the old saying when one door slams shut another will open. If it wasn't for the bullet nobody would fear the gun! Wounds heal scars fade!

I lost my true love 3 years and 7 months ago. It's a long story but he said I would find someone else to love. But I still love him as much now as I did back then. He became a part of me that still remains to this day.

Yea that pretty well does it. It's time to hang the sheets out to dry after that it's all over. There will never be anyone else worth having or will have you for that matter after that. Just go and hang up the towel. Get drunk and set the house on fire.

Love does not leave holes. Each love we have adds a little to our hearts, even after it ends and even if it hurts us. "True love" can happen more than once in a lifetime.
