This is a question for Bible believers only please. What does the Bible specificaly say about this? Does Mother Theresa get the same reward as the theif on the cross?
My Aunt has lived with a complete loser husband for thirty years in order to honer God's Word as she interpretes it. In human ways of thinking, she could have had a much better life without him. But, I think sin involves the acceptance of temporary pleasure at the sacrifice of the long term hapiness, So does she get a long term hapininess or benefit for her efforts. Most people would say divorse him and repent later. My dad allways told us, " The more you honor God, the happier you will be." What if honoring God involves a life long burden or loss?
Note - While a Catholic view certainly has its merit, I am a Protestant believer and adhear to its cannon.

There are three separate degrees of glory in the heavens that await mankind because of their faith and works in life.

The Celestial Kingdom is where God the Father and His Son, Jesus Christ reside. The Terrestrial Kingdom is for those of less accomplishments, but are worthy, good souls. The Telestial Kingdom is reserved for those who had not accepted Jesus Christ as the Savior of mankind and their sins had engulfed them.

Within those three primary degrees are more that will fit the commensurate glory attained by each person.

Oh yes. there is a statement by Paul which says he hopes for a better Resurrection by th eworks of righteousness he does.
He also divides the resurrection into 3 parts, celestial, terrestrial and telestial.
but in the book of revelation there are at least 11 verses that define the word "overcome" having different levels of rewards and positions in heaven.
One of those promises of a reward is to sit in the throne of Jesus but you have to be very special and overcome all things SEE reve 3:21; 21:7

Yes absolutely, Look at the story of the 10 minas. (not the 10 talents...different story)....It talks about rewards. Yes, Our lives will be judged by what we do for Him. We've accepted Him, like the thief on the cross but we'll have crowns which we'll lay at His feet.

The best description I've found of these rewards is found in a book by John Brevere....Driven by Eternity.

I can't find out exactly where it is, but there are verses specifically in John and Mark that talk about Heavenly rewards. In the mean time, all we need to worry about here on earth is pleasing God. We must have faith in Him and follow Him no matter what the world says. It's not about us, we are useless if we don't do what God wants us to do. Keep the faith that you have. You are saved by grace through faith, and not by works, that's basically what Ephesians 2 (especially verses 8 and 9)says. There will be rewards in Heaven, but that's not what God wants us to focus on, He wants us to focus on serving Him, not ourselves. Thanks, good question, God bless.

Well, its hard to say and its not really counted as rewarding. But, to Christians, they have faith that God will forgive them and bring them to heaven someday. But if that person doesnt really know about this (innocent) then God will forgive them unless that person knows what are they doing something sinful in front of God.

it is an superb question. it is so oftentimes misunderstood on account that's a million) complicated and a pair of) not taught properly in church homes or bible examine. Jesus recommended Christians (certainly, anybody) to look after the widow, the orphan, the disabled, those scorned, the earth, animals, and so on. (certainly anybody and subject). Jesus cares and loves human beings deeply and needs them to be tended to with dignity and love. He cares approximately what we care approximately. If a individual loves Jesus (as their savior, which might recommend they're Christians), they care approximately what He cares approximately. Out of affection for him, Christians provide time, means and funds to help one in each and every of those charities. they might additionally do issues very quietly, with out drawing interest to it, and to be as beneficiant as a threat. it is completed in Jesus' call, so others will comprehend what switched over the giver's coronary heart (that's oftentimes inspired by skill of public adulation, or expectation of advantages) in hopes they might comprehend Jesus as properly. the reason a Christian could provide and be beneficiant with time, expertise, funds, and physique of suggestions in the direction of others is on account that individual needs to. it is significant. It could be that they might't help yet provide. this is actual giving as Jesus Christ recommended. in basic terms he's conscious the midsection and motivation of a individual, good or undesirable. whilst Christians come mutually and provide as an entire, then the belief is that folk would have a extra effective theory of what Christians have confidence (and exhibiting cohesion). whether, because of the fact the questioner stated, human beings oftentimes inspire by skill of guilt, manipulation, shame, paying off their own guilt, and so on. This, however is what human beings say, not what Jesus stated.

On earth, the more you serve, the happier you'll be.
In heaven, when the crowns are passed out, one size fits all.
(what is better or more than perfect ???)

Every description of heaven is one of joy. If there are different situations there, they will all be, well, heavenly. God bless.

This question makes no sense.
If you are a true Christian, you will go to heaven. Only Christians go to heaven. So, who would constitute as "others"?
