I've had my concealed carry permit for years, and I usually carry a Smith & Wesson .357 (the 386 model with seven shots instead of six) revolver.

Shoot them. I keep my pistol in my shoulder strap holster for just that type of thing. You get in my car, you are showing me that you are a risk and may be unstable. I'm not going to take the risk.
