Why is it that people complain that they know they do not get enough exercise and that they need to lose weight, but they refuse to walk up the escalator?

Walking up an escalator dangerous????? Did you have a bad experience. I walk up the escalator everytime there is no one in front of me. And as for taking the stairs....they are the only stairs to take other than the elevator in order to get the the next floor.

thats a damn good question! i think losing weight is like trying to quit smoking pot. lol. have you ever seen the commercial were the kid and the dog are sitting and the kid is smoking pot, and then hes like "stop looking at me! i can stop anytime i want!" and the dogs like, "y not now then" and the kids like, "next week is better." don't people who want to lose weight do that? they put it off and never get anything done so that when they have to walk up the escalator, they think that they are to out of shape to make it.

Why in the world would you walk up an escalator? You are not supposed to walk up those as that can be dangerous. Take the stairs.
