My ex broke up with me, and thats what he said, that i deserve better and that he's not good enuff for me. Yea he kinda cheated on me, and he told me that he doesnt wanna settle down.

It means that he is no longer interested in you, and he is trying to be nice about it. Most guys use that excuse to get out of giving you the true reason. If he cheated on you, then you do deserve better, but I doubt he truely meant it when he said it.

Mine said this while we were dating too. We dated 3 years and then when we broke up he said I wasn't good enough for him. This is just their easy way of saying Im moving on without you and that he doesn't want to be with you. Move on.

Just agree with him and let him get on with life. He was using this old excuse so that he could break up with you without any real good reasons.
