well if something goes wrong and you have been having sex you can file for a law suit.

Well yes and no...women are more mature then men so in this case the maturity level is most likely the same or a year or so off...but regardless this is illegal and if the 15 yr old parents decide they are angry with this...they press charges the 19 yr old is going to jail...and on his record for the rest of his life...
I'm 22 and engaged to a 30 yr old...now ive been through a lot in my life so not only would my mentality be 26ish anyways im more on his wavelength..but never would i have imagined dating him unless i was like 17 or older...
15 is too young..

No, as long as the guy isnt trying to pressure the girl into having sex, but if she wanted to then that would probubly be ok too (in my opinion) when i was 15 i dated a 19 year old guy and he was lovely, never pressured me into anything, you have to remember that girls are more mature than boys so a 15 year old and a 19 year old are probubly around the same mentallity. I think 15 is a good age for dating as long as she doesnt get pressured into anything, and at that age she should be mature enough to say no if she wasnt ready were as i dont think say a 13 year old would be mature enough

Yes it is bad. Let a 19 year old guy come to my house to date my 15 daughter, the world will have one less 19 year old idiot to deal with.

Yes it is. Can't you find someone your age? Four years makes a big age difference when under 18. Where have you been? Would you want your 15 year-old dating a 19 year-old?

yea it is illegal... but not really that big of an age difference. Im 20 and my gf is 17... 16 when we started dating. but there is one thing that makes a difference. I have a good job and her parents approve. Parental approval is what makes the difference here. Also my girl is rather mature for her age. You should take the maturity level into consideration as well.

Ah, duh! Some body's gonna be on the news.
Seriously, everything should be done in decency and in order. An adult male should not be dating a child. If he or she feels like they are in love then love will wait.
At 15 a girl or child doesn't know what they are really getting into when dating an older and more experienced male.
Be wise and stay away from potential problems.

Yes, he is to old for her at this time in life. He seems odd not wanting to be in his own age group. 4 years difference is no big deal later on in life, but she is not ready for what he is looking for at 15.

Yes. That really is 'that bad of a situation'. 15 year olds...I am not even going to go into it...It is just wrong.

Oh, yeah. Later on in life, a four year age difference will mean nothing; but at this early age both he and she should be dating in their own age group.

I don't think it is when i was 19 i dated a 16 year old she her body was like an 18 year old and she was smarter than me. Some people just say its bad but sex is sex if your having it anyways what does it matter who penetrates you.
