Tried yahooing googling a site that can track my weightt and workouts. Too lazy to come up with an excel spreadsheet. Like entering your weight everyday and the type of exercises you did on that day. Would be cool to see charts but just want something to track my progress. Thanks.

I like SparkPeople. It tracks your calories and exercises and produces pie charts and point plots.

You can use sparkpeople.com They have all kinds of reference and tracking materials you can use for free. I will give you exercise and dieting types as well.

I also use a program called Weight commander. It doesn't track exercises, but tracks weights and shows history, predictions for the future and can help track goals. It can tell you what your statistics are for a particular day is. It can be downloaded for a free trial, but then asks for a small donation. But I don't remember how long you can use the trial version for. I really like the charts and graphs that it gives.
