Awakenings is only part of a ripening process...Awakening (aka Enlightenment) is a falling from the tree...never to return.
Most people have experience spiritual awakenings...there are fewer, but still many who have Awakened.

Yes, I have. After I started thinking, using common sense and looking for evidence, I have awoken from the God Delusion. This is the best kind of spiritual awakening.
