drinking plenty of water is good for your skin, but that alone won't cure acne. washing your face is important too, the rule behind that is wash your face with warm water and a good scrub and then splash cold water up in your face to close your pores. but you'll have to do more than that to get rid of acne.

Water is good for health generally. it helps to flush out toxins in the body and regulate body temperature. However, water alone does not heal or make acne go away. It helps but you need medication if your acne is severe as well as good facial products. If acne is mild, face peels may help in the long run.

first, warm water opens your pores, so warm water is better. Yes, drinking water helps; after a couple of weeks you should see a difference. Water won't completely eliminate it but it helps.
