I work with a number of gay men. The straight ones are terrified! No doubt about it. I think they fear themselves and the fact that they would consider the possibilities.

As a straight man who has had a gay man express interest in me, I can say that it is flattering, though (for me at that time) quite a bit unsettling. I think that when anyone expresses interest in you it can be very flattering.

A "Best Case Scenario" would be that the guy would find an excuse to leave and you would never see him again.

That is the best case

Worst Case has him punching you in the mouth.

Most of us would think that somehow, you got the impression that we were gay also.

That is not cool.

So to answer your question, I don't think that there are too many straight men who would be flattered by a gay man hitting on them

The secure, healthy, mature men I've known do find it flattering (perhaps a little odd, but flattering); the immature, insecure, 4" closet-cases I've known get angry.

another insanity from a diseased mind.. straight normal men find it sick, repulsive and revolting if a homosexual man is interested in them.. when will those gay people realize that what they have is northing but a mental disease that starts early in childhood as a result of their upbringing so they will seek help and treatment instead of attempting to spread their menace?!

Not really, I can't be flattered by something that repulses me!

I'd have to give that a big "heck no". If anything I'd be totally creeped out by it.
