i have taken the steps given by opening my soft ware coral drew and i clicked on the tools in the menu bar and a dialog box appeared i clicked on customize to restore the mixing properties and the soft ware instantly closes by giving a warning box (end now or report)

Please what step do i take again

You might have to register this software program. Coral Draw is a good program. I would call there customer service and ask about the problems. If you report, they could send an answer to your problems. I have had replys from the reports that i have sent and reported.
