Well I would make conversation to find out some things about her. Of course I would order a hot cup of coffee, but I wouldn't ask her out until I visit the shop a few more times -where she will have felt comfortable speaking with me. Then I would ask her out on a date to art museum- theater play or just to church.. be sincere and have the right motives about liking her.

Get really drunk and use the line "hey baby" works every time.
