You should try to strike a balance between the two. Having a career, even if it's just a home-based business, can make you feel good about yourself and also provide additional income for your family. However, you also have to make time for family and relationships. It is never a good idea to pursue your career to the exclusion of anything else. It creates tension within your husband-wife relationship, children grow up without the benefit of a parent's presence and it can lead to burn-out in the long run.

Well, a career is just a job, that can end really without notice, but family is forever. Your can be replaced in a few days at a job, how fast could your family replace you? Both can happen, but family should ALWAYS come first or children and/or a spouse will suffer.

it's very difficult to answear because both carrier and family life are very interesting...firstly if you have your awna carreer you're independent and you have you own money but on the other hand you can marry and have kids and your life will be full...of course the best of all is to combine the carreer with the family...the decision is yours....

Hi,
Without some concrete information , it is difficult to answer your question.
WHAT DO YOU EXACTLY MEAN BY FAMILY LIFE?
WHAT ARE THE CAREERS (NOR CARRIERS) YOU ARE SPEAKING ABOUT?
Without some elaboration, and some of your thoughts it is rather an obscure question.
Anyway answer can be given, but that would be pointless and directionless. So please reframe your question .

IT DEPENDS ON THE SITUATION SOME ONE GOES TO ABOARD FOR CARRIES AND LEAVE HIS FAMILY BACK BUT YOU DO NOT FORGET YOUR FAMILY AND COME BACK AFTER ACHIEVEMENT OR TAKE THEM WITH YOU AFTER YOU SETTLE BUT DO NOT SACRIFICES FAMILY AT COST OF CARRIER.
